Delivery

• All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped in 24-48 hours during normal business days(Monday-Friday)
• Orders are shipped UPS ground unless expedited shipping is chosen.
• Deliveries are subject to availability of stock. Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible.
• Customers will be informed of lengthy delays.
• Due to manufacturers minimums, non-stock orders of less than $150.00 may require longer processing time.
• Fins/shoes/and,or heavy items will be charged an additional surcharge for shipping.   Charges will be calculated upon being processed for shipment and will be charged accordingly.
• Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped 2-day or Next Day Air.  These orders are also charged an additional $10 shipping surcharge.

• While it is a good idea to be home when your orders are scheduled for delivery, this is not always practical. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions; however, the final delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver/delivery service.
• Packages left at the front door and/or at the delivery address are considered delivered. Aardvark Swim & Sport is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
• If you wish to require a signature for delivery, please call our office after placing your order at 1-800-729-1577.  There is an additional $5 charge for this service.
