Aardvark's main store and Corporate Headquarters are in Chantilly, Virginia. We also have a retail store in
Rockville, Maryland. The Virginia store is located at 14221-A Willard
Rd., Chantilly, VA. The Rockville store is located at 831-D Rockville
Pike, Rockville, MD (in the Wintergreen Plaza). |

to Gift Certificates, and order indicate the number of Certificates
that you want. We offer Aardvark Gift Certificates in $ 25.00
increments. We will mail your gift certificate(s) to the person you
indicated. We at this time are unable to offer you electronic gift
certificates. |
| What should I do if I lose a Gift Certificate someone has sent me? |
Sorry,
If the Gift Certificate is lost it is the same as cash and will not be
replaced. Please be carefull with all Gift Certificates. |
| What if I have a problem with an order I've received? |
If
you have any questions, concerns or need assistance with an order you
have received please contact us. If you need to return an item, please
refer to your packing slip or the return instructions below. |
| What information do I need to include in my return? |
Please
refer to your packing slip for detailed instructions on making your
return. If the packing slip is missing or unavailable, please follow
these instructions: 1. Write a brief note explaining how you would
like your return handled. (i.e. would like us to exchange the item,
issue a Gift Certificate, issue a refund or credit the card originally
charged, or other (please explain). 2. Let us know why you are returning the item (i.e. wrong size, wrong item, wrong color, wasn't what you expected).
3. Specify the mailing/shipping name and address if you are requesting
an exchange or refund. Include an email address, telephone number (day
and evening), and fax number if available, incase we have questions. 4. If you are requesting an exchange for an item that was not a manufacturer defect or incorrectly shipped, please include payment for shipping, or note that your original credit card should be used to process shipping. 5.
